Job Description :
Central State Hospital is looking to fill full-time LPN positions for the 7a-7p shift and 7p-7a shift.
3 shifts per week (12 hour shifts)
every other weekend off
10% shift differential from 3p-11p
12% shift differential from 11p-7a
weekend premium ($1 additional)
Base hourly pay : $29.50
1 year experience preferred but not required

Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, provides and directs Basic ADLs of patients and carries out and documents medication and treatment process. Utilizes trauma-informed care approach.
