Security Officer - Financial Patrol Rounds

As a patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within financial institutions, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a secure environment, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to site protocols.
  • Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to maintain a secure environment within the financial institution setting.
  • Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to changing conditions and client needs.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
