Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and verify insurance information
Route calls to appropriate personnel and manage multiple electronic clinical programs

Required Qualifications
Preferred experience in a medical office environment or call center, or completion of a healthcare training program
High School Diploma or GED, or 1-3 months of related healthcare experience
Ability to multitask and work efficiently with various electronic systems
Exceptional customer service skills and highly organized
