Your Responsibilities :
Deliver age-specific care focusing on the physiological and nutritional needs of neonates.Collaborate with teams across disciplines to plan holistic patient care.Encourage family bonding through initiatives like Kangaroo Care, fostering a Family Care model.Educate parents with compassion, offering explanations in clear terms to minimize their stress.Advocate for patients as a vital part of the healthcare team.Requirements :
Current Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license required, with a Compact license requiring Florida licensure within 60 days of relocation.BLS-AHA provider card required within 30 days of starting.A minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a NICU is preferred.A BSN is preferred.BLS and NRP-Neonatal certification from an AHA Healthcare provider is required.We are a 404-bed tertiary care hospital accredited by the Joint Commission and serve as a Level II Trauma Center. As a teaching hospital collaborating with UCF College of Medicine, we are strategically located in the heart of Kissimmee, making us easily accessible from Orlando and surrounding areas.
