Telemarketer for University Outreach

We are on a mission to empower families and students with celiac disease by providing expert-backed, school-specific insights into how U.S. colleges and universities accommodate gluten-free needs in dining halls and campus living. By fostering awareness and understanding, we aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students managing celiac disease during their academic journey.

Role Overview :

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven telemarketers to connect with universities across the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to gather information about gluten-free accommodations on campuses and establish positive relationships with university representatives. You will play a key role in supporting our mission and helping families and students make informed decisions about college life.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound calls to U.S. colleges and universities to inquire about their gluten-free dining and campus living options.
  • Build rapport with university staff, dining services, and housing representatives.
  • Accurately document detailed insights about gluten-free accommodations in our database.
  • Communicate our mission and the importance of celiac-friendly campus environments.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and data entry abilities.
  • Empathy and understanding for the challenges faced by families managing celiac disease.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
