Join Our Team as a Product Marketing Manager

Kansas City, MO (Hybrid) | Full-Time

Hallmark Business Connections (HBC), a subsidiary of Hallmark Cards, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to be the voice of the customer and the driving force behind product adoption . In this role, you'll craft compelling messaging, lead go-to-market strategies and create impactful campaigns that accelerate growth.

You'll collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams, influence the product roadmap, and deliver content that resonates with target audiences. With a focus on data-driven insights and competitive analysis, you'll ensure our products stand out in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop Messaging & Positioning : Create compelling product messaging that highlights unique value propositions and addresses customer pain points.
• Strategy Development : Build and execute product marketing strategies, including go-to-market plans for launches and updates. Provide sales teams with tools, collateral, and training.
• Content Creation & Campaign Management : Lead campaigns across digital, print, and events. Develop assets such as presentations, brochures, case studies, direct mail, email, tradeshows, and online content.
• Collaboration : Partner with sales, product development, and creative teams to align efforts. Work closely with Product Owners to influence the roadmap and occasionally join client calls.
• Data Analysis : Measure and report on marketing performance, refine strategies, and improve adoption.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and competitors to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
