Cost Controller

Position Summary : The Cost Controller will ensure accurate financial records, clean balance sheets, and reconciled P&Ls while driving operational analysis and project cost control. You'll help steer budgets, track productivity, internal staff point incentives and fill operational gaps as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounting / Finance :

• Maintain and reconcile A / R, A / P, G / L; ensure clean balance sheets and P&Ls.
• Manage Accounts Payable, issue payment for vendors / subs.
• Oversee QuickBooks Enterprise / QuickBooks Online (QBO) setup, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Install, manage, and maintain QuickBooks Online cloud-based daily functions.
• Train support staff in the use of QuickBooks Enterprise / QBO .
• Liaise with CPAs, banks, auditors, and external partners.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc financial reports.
• Manage and reconcile balance sheet accounts, fixed assets, commissions, and adjusting entries.
• Approve subcontractor invoices and resolve disputes as needed.
