Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process
Manage a high volume of positions and conduct candidate phone screens to assess job fit
Oversee communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, including onboarding
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Up to four years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience required, depending on level
Prior experience with global recruitment and cloud-based applicant tracking systems preferred
Experience working with consultant agencies and in healthcare or revenue cycle management preferred
Proven track record of filling senior / executive roles in the healthcare industry for higher levels
