We have an immediate opportunity for an Electrical Test Engineer in the Anaheim, CA area.  This position supports and tests field equipment performing data validation and equipment validation.  This is a hybrid position which requires on site Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processes required forms, FAN, PCC, EPT and supporting end-point testing for field equipment
  • Performs data validation, equipment validation and resolve mismatches
  • Uploads and maintains mapping and modeling records for automated devices and grid assets
  • Assists and contributes to wildfire mitigation efforts through protective device support
  • Assists with documentation, reporting, and compliance activities

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years plus of engineering experience, preferably in distribution systems or field operation
  • Experience with CYME or similar power systems analysis software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite utilizing Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio

    • Upon a conditional job offer, a drug test and background check will be required.

    Compensation based on experience.
