A national leader in earth-retention and specialized sitework solutions is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. This individual will oversee project execution from foundation to finish, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget standards are consistently metwhile mentoring teams and delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You'll Do as the Construction Superintendent :

• Lead and guide foremen and field crews to ensure safe, high-quality installation on commercial and infrastructure projects.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively implement cost-effective solutions without compromising standards.
• Oversee project schedules, documentation (daily logs, reports, change orders), subcontractor coordination, and client communications.
• Champion and enforce a strong safety culturelead safety meetings, conduct audits, and support continuous improvement.
• Mentor foremen and team members to foster professional growth and promote operational excellence.
