General Manager As the General Manager of StretchLab Shelton, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and foster a welcoming, engaging atmosphere that makes StretchLab a trusted part of the local wellness community. 🔍 Key Responsibilities : Lead daily studio operations, ensuring a superior client experience. Drive membership sales through local marketing, outreach, and community events. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of Flexologists and sales associates, fostering a positive and growth-oriented culture. Track performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed revenue goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment in line with StretchLab’s standards. Host team meetings and individual check-ins to align goals and support professional development. 1+ years of management experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or retail. Proven success in achieving sales goals and driving growth. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate and support a diverse team. Strong organizational skills and tech-savviness to streamline operations. Competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 annually. Performance-based bonuses for achieving membership targets.
