Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

TidalHealth on Maryland's Coast is a grade A, academic medical center committed to providing high-quality care, advancing medical research, and training the next generation of healthcare professionals. We are seeking a OB / GYN Generalist to join our core faculty in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for medical education, clinical care, and research, contributing to the growth of our department and the advancement of women's health care.

Key Responsibilities

• Resident Education

Supervise and mentor OB / GYN residents in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Provide didactic teaching, hands-on instruction, and feedback to residents and medical students.

Provide high-quality patient care in obstetrics and gynecology, including routine and high-risk obstetric care, gynecological surgery, and preventive services.

Participate in clinical research and scholarly activities. Support residents in their research endeavors and contribute to academic publications and presentations.

Engage in departmental committees, quality improvement projects, and patient safety initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care.

Contribute to department and hospital service responsibilities, including call coverage and clinical responsibilities.
