Overview :  Discover an exciting career opportunity as a Full-Time Retail Sales & Promotion Associate. Join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving sales and promoting our products to customers in the area.

Responsibilities :

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing exceptional service and product knowledge
  • Actively promote our products and services through effective communication and demonstration techniques
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Execute promotional events and initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including product displays and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to effectively educate customers and drive sales

Qualifications :

  • Previous retail sales experience preferred, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a knack for promoting products and driving sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus
