Responsibilities :
Setting operators to jobs in an efficient manner.Help to establish processes and procedures for their assigned work areas.Performs job specific training for employees in assigned areas and maintain UET board to standard.Maintains a clean and safe work area supporting 5S.Performs OPT audits to ensure procedures are being followed appropriately.Material management (raw material and containers) as required for daily production schedule. (According to 5s State of Reference)Coordination with Mold Changer for tooling changeovers.Incidents daily management.UET monthly meetings planning and address. Contribute with data to identify / Analyse improvement Actions. Improvement proposals management made with in the UET (with IDEA system or similar).Coordination and management of 5S, Kamishibai and standardization.Tests management from the development of new models, technologies, materials, etc. coming from Engineering, Quality and Materials Management Departments.Analysis of claims and monitoring of action plans. (Problem Solving - Post its)Submits cost reduction and Innovation ideas.Implements Engineering Changes for assigned areas. Maintains authority to halt production line in accordance with Escalation Matrix due to Quality / Mechanical problems that need immediate correction.Perform other duties as assigned.What we are looking for :
