Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a globally renowned law firm with over 500 attorneys and 1,000 employees. We are assisting them in their search for a Mid-level Litigation Associate. You will work with leading clients in technology and life sciences, gain exposure to cutting-edge legal issues, and collaborate with top litigation professionals.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• 3 - 5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on copyright, trademark, trade secrets, consumer class action, and / or complex commercial disputes.
• Experience representing clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters across a range of industries.
• Experience working on cases involving intellectual property disputes, trade secrets, consumer protection issues, and business-to-business commercial matters.
• Ability to collaborate closely with senior attorneys to strategize and manage all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial preparation to trial and appeal.
• Engage with clients and industry leaders to deliver effective legal counsel.

REQUIREMENTS :

Top law school credentials with excellent academic performance.

Active WA BAR membership or eligibility to waive in.

Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically.

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :

Salary : $250,000 - $380,000

A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance
