Senior Program Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, PPMO to provide leadership and support for cross-functional initiatives in new product development and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

Direct a team of project managers focusing on talent development and resource planning

Lead enterprise-wide transformations and manage complex project interdependencies

Utilize data to track project health and facilitate critical design reviews

Required Qualifications :

BA / BS / MS in life sciences or related field with a technical discipline

7-10 years of relevant experience in diagnostics / medical device / biotech

Strong understanding of design control requirements and product development life cycle

Experience in regulated environments (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485); global experience a plus

PMP certification is a plus but not required
