The anticipated BASE SALARY RANGE for this position is $130K-150K / year with quarterly bonus. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for managing a team of 10-12 Diabetes Specialty Reps (DSR) who are field based in remote locations. This is completed through hiring, training, and developing the DSR team, developing sales strategy, and setting expectations. The RSM assists their sales team by driving new patients, growing territories, and focusing on top key accounts within the Diabetes market, mainly Endocrinologists. RSM is responsible for providing high quality service to our providers and customers for the efficient and profitable operation of Byram.
