Job Description

• Coaches and develops team members to enhance their skills and performance. Supports problem resolution and decision-making processes.
• Addresses performance issues and disciplinary actions up to termination. Facilitates hiring and onboarding processes for new technicians.
• Provides direction and support to team members, including HVAC and Boiler staff.
• Seeks ways to improve HVAC and mechanical equipment service.
• Utilizes technology innovations to improve building services.
• Installs and maintains control systems in accordance with applicable codes. Plans and designs new control systems.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's (Required), Technical/Vocational SchoolDriver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Environmental Protection Agency Certifications (EPA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range: $29.29 - $54.47
