Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients with travel-related inquiries, coordinate reservations, resolve service concerns, and ensure all booking details are accurate and complete.
This position combines customer service, problem-solving, and booking coordination in a fully remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required — comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests
Provide solutions for reservations, confirmations, updates, and itinerary changes
Research and verify travel options using approved systems
Resolve booking issues and service-related concerns in a timely manner
Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and online messaging platforms
Participate in training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service and solution-oriented mindset
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
Must be at least 18 years of age
Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, or Spain
