Responsibilities

Assist in the scheduling and day-to-day management of the traffic officers that direct and control traffic for the Company, while adhering to Company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.

• Schedule officers for all identified traffic control locations.
• Enlist additional traffic control officers to cover shifts as needed.
• Monitor the day-to-day activities of traffic control officers.
• Notify management of any performance deficiencies for individual traffic control officers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand; walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must be able to lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
