What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences, following Allied Universal protocols.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain an orderly environment within the healthcare location.

Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and emergency personnel as needed, providing accurate and timely information.

Complete required reports and logs detailing activities, incidents, and observations during shifts.

Minimum Requirements :

Vaccinations are required for work at this hospital site.

Applicants may be required to work in or around the hospital morgue.

Applicants may be required to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
