Primary Care Physician

Compensation :  $260,000 base + 20% of base bonus — total potential earnings  $300,000+

Sign-on bonus included

• Above-market pay :  Base salary $260K plus 20% of base in bonuses — realistic earnings over $300K
• Small patient panel :  500–600 patients total
• Light daily volume :  See just 10–12 patients per day — really
• 100% outpatient :  No hospital shifts, no nights, no weekends
• Clinic hours :  Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
• Support built in :  Work with a fully supportive care team so you can focus on  care  — not admin headaches

• Call schedule :  Minimal — for example, if there are 20 docs in your market, you’ll be on call just 1 : 20
