Position Summary :

Viking Maintenance is hiring for multiple roles, includingEntry-Level Technician, Tech II, Top Hand, and Field Supervisor. Candidates should be self-motivated, adaptable, able to troubleshoot, and most importantly, take direction effectively. Success in this field requires a willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-evolving wireless industry.

Schedule : They are looking for travel employees willing to work11 days on and 4days off OR 4 weeks on and 9days off.

They are open to tower technicians that reside anywhere within the United States. They offer a travel stipend for those traveling into market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform tower construction tasks including erection, decommissioning, antenna & line installation, microwave work, and maintenance.
• Install mounting hardware and equipment at height.
• Read and follow blueprints, site drawings, and technical instructions.
• Use test equipment such as Anritsu, Kaelus, voltmeters, and fiber testers.
• Maintain high safety standards while climbing, rigging, and lifting at heights exceeding 100 feet.
• Travel frequently (up to 2-4 weeks at a time).
