Psycho Social Therapies is a leading mental health agency specializing in long-term care, servicing the geriatric population residing in nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout the state of Ohio. We are actively seeking a part-time (with the option to transition to full-time) Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Springfield, Ohio area and its environs. Our mission is to meet the growing psychiatric service needs of residents in long-term care facilities. As a skilled professional, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to design, implement, and assess treatment plans. Minimum Job Requirements:
Licensed nurse in the state of Ohio with Advance Practice Registered Nurse License in good standing.
Hold a degree as a PMHNP - Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at the level needed to assess and prescribe medication collaboratively with a psychiatrist as determined by the State Board of Nursing.
Board Certified
Psychiatric experience required.
Geriatric experience preferred.
Active DEA required.
