Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and expense reimbursements

Lead the financial close process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP

Supervise the Accounting team and facilitate their career development

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with a mix of public accounting and private industry

At least 2 years of people management experience

Strong knowledge of US GAAP

Proven ability to manage a full-cycle month-end close process

Experience with financial software / ERP systems administration and integrations
