This Position reports to :

IAPI Service Midwest Region Operations M

Join ABB as a Service Technician and play a critical role in maintaining and troubleshooting ABB's Quality Control System (QCS) at client sites. You'll be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on our proprietary hardware and software, assisting with upgrades and installations, and ensuring optimal system performance. This role is a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and troubleshoot ABB QCS hardware and software, including sensors, electrical / mechanical components, and control software.
• Serve as a trusted contact for customer inquiries, helping resolve service issues and strengthening client relationships.
• Support emergency service requests on a 24 / 7 rotation basis.
• Document maintenance activities and contribute to new installations and upgrades.
• Adhere to safety and HSE policies in all operations.
