About The Position

We are seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens assignment in Florida, beginning Mar 2, 2026, for a 96-day engagement. This role features solo cases and offers flexible 10-hour minimum shifts, with possible 12-hour options and rare weekend beeper call coverage. Board certification in Anesthesiology and a fellowship in cardiovascular anesthesiology are required for this opportunity.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and deliver solo cardiac anesthesia cases
  • Provide comprehensive perioperative anesthesia care for cardiovascular procedures
  • Respond to rare weekend beeper call as needed
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care
  • Collaborate effectively with surgical and perioperative teams

    • Additional Information

  • Must be board certified in Anesthesiology
  • Fellowship training in cardiovascular anesthesiology required
  • Active Florida medical license required
