Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, and start IVs while performing treatments and procedures in accordance with company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions.
• Assess patient needs and evaluate their response to the care provided.
• Apply sound nursing judgment in decision-making regarding patient care management.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for each patient.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel, maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
