Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Construction Project Administrator . This position supports the Development and Construction (DevCon) team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, including document control, contract management, and monthly billings.
Responsibilities include assisting with subcontractor and supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with project documentation and financial requirements. The role also involves managing project setup in Procore, coordinating with contractors to maintain accurate records, tracking invoices, overseeing residential invoicing, and other tasks as assigned by the CDCO.
The position requires time both in the office and on-site at active construction areas, so candidates must be comfortable working on the mountain and in the field.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and strong problem-solving and time management skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Knowledge of construction industry processes and nomenclature is highly desirable. A proactive approach and attention to detail are essential to ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion of tasks.
