Job Description

We are looking for an Analyst to join Volume PMO, DaVita's growth strategy team. As an analyst on our team, you will help shape, execute, and scale high-impact initiatives that drive growth for the Village. You'll partner with teammates across the organization-from operations to finance to the field-and help turn ideas into real outcomes. If you're curious, analytical, and excited to work on meaningful problems, then this is the team for you!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analytics

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Build data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Design and implement tools, dashboards, and reports to track project performance
• Quickly learn how different Village systems and processes work and use that understanding to inform your analysis

The Salary Range for the role is $68,400.00 - $100,400.00 per year.
