Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Security Superintendent to lead the installation, coordination, and turnover of physical security systems on a large-scale hyperscale data center project. This individual will serve as the on-site subject matter expert for access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems, ensuring all security infrastructure is delivered safely, on schedule, and to owner standards. This is a critical role supporting late-stage construction and owner acceptance of a mission-critical facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution for all security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and perimeter security.
• Supervise and coordinate security subcontractors and vendors.
• Review and enforce installation per drawings, specifications, and owner security standards.
• Coordinate with GC, Owner’s Rep, IT, and commissioning teams to align security readiness with building turnover.
• Manage testing, inspections, and acceptance of security systems.
• Track and resolve field issues, RFIs, and redlines related to security scope.
• Ensure all safety, quality, and documentation requirements are met.
• Support final turnover and handoff to the owner’s security operations team.
