As a Product Manager on the Coinbase Advanced Trading team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the trading experience for our users. You will lead the ideation, development, and execution of features aimed at improving critical user journeys and driving trading efficiency. Additionally, you will leverage your understanding of trading behaviors to enable advanced trading strategies for our highest volume users.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Lead the development of features aimed at improving critical user journeys for traders. Identify pain points and user motivations to make trading, which some think is complex and scary, into an easy and delightful product.
• Conceptualize and implement a roadmap that enables derivatives traders to unlock new strategies on web, mobile (iOS / Android), and through API.
• Define metrics and run experiments to evaluate CUJ efficiency and trading execution. Leverage data to continuously optimize product features.
• Own product development from conception to launch, iterating along the way until you create the world's best products for leverage and hedging.
• Scale and grow usage, ensuring users have access to the products when needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop and steer product roadmap.
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development.
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision.
