Title Examiner

A company is looking for a Title Examiner to provide nationwide title services and support real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of the title

Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company procedures

Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience

Commercial Title Experience is a plus
