Operations Supervisor – Manufacturing (Confidential Company)

📍 Located in Southern Illinois

🕒 Shift : 3rd shift (10 : 30 pm- 7 : 00 am)

A well-established manufacturing company is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee production and support teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for supervising 15–40 employees in a manufacturing and / or assembly setting, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate a team to meet daily production goals while ensuring product quality and minimizing scrap.
• Promote a safe and clean work environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Ensure all team members are properly trained and supported in their roles.
• Monitor efficiency and analyze production data, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Foster collaboration with other supervisors and departments to improve overall performance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company requirements.
• Enforce adherence to company policies and resolve minor employee issues.
