Data Collection date : 11 / 14 / 2025

Unit information includes 226 beds and 160 staff members.

Staff roles consist of OR Certified Surgical Technologists and OR Registered Nurses.

Patient ratios are 1 : 1.

Equipment used includes EMR Meditech.

Candidates must have surgical tech certification or OR RN experience.

Preferred candidates will have CNOR certification.

Typical procedures performed include general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, trauma, neurosurgery, and spine surgeries.

Ideal candidates will possess high energy and motivation.

There may be a requirement for weekend days and call duty, rotating every other weekend.
