Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Use Strata’s ERP system (Viewpoint Vista) and Excel to create and run material tracking
- Combine the site material plan with tracking data to develop daily and weekly load routing and receiving
- Maintain accurate processes for tracking materials from delivery through
- Enter material quantities into the inventory system (Viewpoint)
- Scan and correctly label delivery documents (BOLs, manifests, packing slips) in
- Perform weekly cycle counts and monthly physical inventory checks to ensure
- Communicate shipment issues (such as backorders or damaged materials) to the Corporate Purchasing
- Report trucking issues (such as late deliveries or incorrect quantities) to the Corporate Logistics
- Ensure subcontractors complete and sign Material Transfer Forms when transferring
- Support On-Time Delivery goals by coordinating with Construction on scheduling and
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the manager.
Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :
Demonstrated ability to lead by example with a strong commitment to clear and consistentMinimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory management or relatedProficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, andProficiency in Microsoft ListsStrong organizational skills with proven problem-solvingHigh attention to detail with a consistent record ofCommitted to safety and compliance with all company safety protocols and standards.Physical Requirements / Work Environment :
This is an in-office position. At times, you may be required to drive company vehicle and must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, twist, bend and stand for more than 1 hour is required.
