Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondencePrepare agendas, capture notes, and share actionable summariesAnticipate executive needs and align priorities across teamsMaintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgmentOversee daily office operations for efficiency and professionalismAct as primary contact for building management, vendors, and partnersHandle supplies, equipment, contracts, and expense processingSupport onboarding and cross-functional coordinationImplement workflow improvements and keep operations structured for growthRequired Skills & Qualifications
5+ years in office management, executive support, or operationsExcellent communication, organization, and prioritization skillsProven ability to develop and improve processesProficient with office software, scheduling tools, and admin systemsSelf-motivated, independent problem solverHigh discretion, professionalism, and adaptability
