[job_card.job_description]Step-Down group Alumni groups Oversees daily operations of the Wellness Hub including scheduling safety programming and group delivery. Supports health wellness recovery creative expression social connection and engagement in psychosocial / skill-building groups. Collaborates with clinical staff and peer staff (those with lived experience). Contributes to ongoing program development. $18$24 per hour depending on experience and education. Shall have at least two (2) years of relevant experience working with adults specifically in a Behavioral Health Home Care Coordination or ACT (case management / clinical case management) capacity. Experience facilitating groups and providing supervision. Knowledge of local community resources. Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer skills.
