Klaritee is defining a new class of deterministic intelligence built for enterprise, governance, and national-level safety systems. As we accelerate toward institutional scale, we are establishing the role of Chief Financial Officer to build the financial architecture, discipline, and long-range structure required to support a platform that will operate across regulated industries, enterprise environments, and government channels.
This is a financial systems architect responsible for constructing Klaritees financial governance, enterprise pricing strategy, capital discipline, risk models, and long-term economic structure. The CFO will design the financial model of an entirely new intelligence category, ensuring that growth, safety, and governance remain aligned as the organization scales.
You will serve as the strategic financial counterpart to the Founder & President, CSO / EVP, CGCO-SVP, and CTO, building the runway, stability, and predictability required for enterprise adoption and federal-grade integrity. You will also act as the shield and filter for investor inbound, maintaining clarity, discipline, and alignment with Klaritees institutional ethos.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Architecture & Strategic Design
- Develop Klaritees full financial operating model, supporting deterministic intelligence deployments across enterprise and governance environments.
- Create multi-year scaling and sustainability models, forecasting operational runway, hiring patterns, and platform expansion.
- Own scenario modeling, risk structures, and financial design decisions that guide long-term technical and organizational planning.
Enterprise Revenue & Pricing Strategy
Define revenue models, pricing and usage structures, and contractual architectures for enterprise and institutional clients.Build clear, transparent economic structures compatible with regulated industries, procurement systems, and large-scale integrations.Establish long-term financial predictability for customers, partners, and internal planning.Financial Governance & Controls
Implement financial oversight systems, audit pathways, compliance infrastructure, and reporting standards.Prepare the organization for high-scrutiny environments including enterprise reviews, federal assessments, and institutional partnerships.Establish discipline and clarity across expense management, strategic investments, and operational efficiency.Investor Filtering & Capital Strategy
Serve as the primary gatekeeper for investor inbound, ensuring only aligned capital reaches the Founder & President.Build a capital strategy focused on sustainability, integrity, and mission alignment, not growth-for-growths sake.Structure the cap table, evaluate financing scenarios, and maintain long-term protection of Klaritees deterministic vision.Strategic Partnership & Executive Collaboration
Work closely with the CTO to ensure technical scaling plans align with sustainable runway and enterprise reliability.Collaborate with the CGCO-SVP to support governance-aligned cost structures, safety obligations, and regulatory requirements.Partner with the CSO / EVP on organizational sequencing, headcount planning, and expansion strategies.Contribute to long-range strategic discussions across technology, safety, governance, and institutional positioning.Ideal Background
This role requires a CFO with enterprise-grade financial leadership experience, not a lightweight or startup-only profile. The ideal candidate will have :
Experience designing financial systems for complex, high-scrutiny environments (enterprise SaaS, defense tech, infrastructure, cybersecurity, regulated technology).Deep familiarity with pricing models, revenue architecture, and multi-year enterprise contracts.Experience supporting organizations entering government, regulated sector, or institutional procurement pathways.Strong strategic judgment, ability to filter investment opportunities, and discipline in capital planning.Credibility with enterprise executives, institutional stakeholders, and senior regulatory or oversight bodies.A track record of building financial clarity, financial controls, and audit readiness from the ground up.Backgrounds that may fit well include :
VP Finance / CFO of an enterprise technology company, financial leader in regulated or infrastructure environments, defense-tech finance executive, or senior operator familiar with long-horizon financial modeling and high-stakes capital strategy.
