Management Specialist

A company is looking for a Management Specialist to support the Defense Health Agency.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate and coordinate high-level meetings, ensuring timely submission of materials and minutes

Conduct research and analysis to develop documentation such as white papers and executive summaries

Promote continuous process improvement by identifying service gaps and drafting recommendations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field

3+ years of experience in business analytics, education and training, or a related field

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Experience with MS Teams, Visio, and SharePoint

Ability to obtain and maintain government eligibility requirements
