Seeking experienced Aerospace / Defense Manufacturing Manager (CCA Assemblies, Hands on SMT Machines Set up / Operation) for a Billion Dollar Space Leader in Gilbert Arizona

Work on exciting engineering projects

Primary responsibility will be supporting the development of new product / development manufacturing processes, as well as applying continuous improvement manufacturing processes / technologies to existing or mature production programs in a high mix, low volume environment.

REQUIREMENTS

5 years of engineering or operations experience in a manufacturing environment.

3 years of direct management experience.

Experience with manufacturing of circuit card assemblies and sensitive electronics.

Experience in process engineering from raw material to finished goods.

Knowledge of IPC standards and NASA standards for manufacturing of circuit card assemblies.

Six Sigma Certified, or Lean Certification (desired)

Hands on experience setting up and operating SMT machines (desired)

Bachelor's degree in engineering (desired)
