Project Costing Analyst

A company is looking for a Project Costing Analyst responsible for project costing accounting, reconciliations, and month-end analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project costing accounting activities, including setup, monitoring spend, and journal entries

Conduct timely account reconciliations ensuring compliance with SOX requirements

Support period-end close processes and prepare project-related financial data analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related Finance field

1-3 years of experience in property accounting, general accounting, or account reconciliation

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (JD Edwards, Oracle, or similar ERP systems preferred)

Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
