Join Enbridge as a Sr Advisor Government Relations and play a pivotal role in shaping public policy and regulatory outcomes at the state and local level. You'll implement advocacy strategies, build relationships with government officials, and represent Enbridge's interests across multiple states.

This position offers a dynamic work environment with flexible scheduling options and opportunities for travel.

What You Will Do :

• Implement advocacy efforts and contribute to the external engagement strategy for Enbridge's projects and operations.
• Represent Enbridge with state government officials and entities, primarily in Tennessee, Virginia, and North Carolina.
• Coordinate outreach to local government officials with the stakeholder engagement team.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with state and local government officials and their staff.
• Represent Enbridge at industry associations, chambers of commerce, and other professional organizations.
• See opportunities for corporate donations and sponsorships within the region.

Physical Requirements :

Include but are not limited to : Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.

Include but are not limited to : Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and / or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate / explore alternative solutions, prioritize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, coordinate and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
