M-F 8am-5pm

$15 / hour

Position Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and service-driven Recruiter to support staffing needs across our growing restaurant chain. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for both front-of-house and back-of-house positions, including servers, cooks, managers, and support staff. The ideal candidate is experienced in high-volume hiring, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the unique demands of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with district and store managers to assess hiring needs across multiple locations

Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, in-person events, and referrals

Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communication

Organize and attend hiring events, open interviews, and job fairs

Ensure all new hires meet brand standards, health / safety compliance, and company values

Track recruiting metrics and provide weekly hiring status updates

Support onboarding process in coordination with store managers and HR

Build a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles

Promote a positive candidate and new hire experience

Qualifications :

2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry

Experience hiring hourly team members and management roles

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions across locations

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online job platforms

Bilingual (English / Spanish)

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
