Patient Financial Navigator

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Navigator Support - Pathology.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily tasks related to the Managed Care department, including Accounts Receivables reports and clinic collection reconciliation

Assist with Intake and Utilization Management duties

Manage all aspects of managed care approvals and Financial Aid

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Two years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably in a clinical setting or business office

Experience with procedure data entry and insurance requirements

Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD, and CPT coding
