Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a made-from-scratch environment, specifically with South American or Latin cuisine.Strong leadership and communication skills.High energy and a hands-on approach to kitchen management.Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Oversee all daily back-of-the-house operations and assist with menu creation.Ensure adherence to the company’s high-quality methods, standards, and policies.Train, coach, and develop staff to foster teamwork and a positive culture.Engage with guests, employees, peers, and company leadership in a friendly and approachable manner.Manage costs effectively and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve revenue and profit goals.
