OB/GYN Physician (Clinic/OB) in Fresno, CA

TPMG is recruiting for an OB/GYN (Clinic/OB) physician to join our team in Fresno, CA.

Fresno, California

We are looking for a dedicated physician to join our team in the Birthing Center. This role involves managing Cesarean Sections, Vaginal Deliveries, and External Cephalic Versions, as well as caring for inpatient GYN services and handling emergency department consultations. Your expertise will be vital for postpartum care, particularly for high-risk and complex patients. You will also support service recovery for birth trauma or unexpected outcomes, collaborate with the Assistant Nursing Manager on the induction list, and ensure patient safety. Additionally, you will lead initiatives focused on Quality, Safety, and Performance and facilitate debrief sessions for challenging cases. Scheduling includes 8 -12, 24-hour shifts based on departmental needs, with additional coverage for department needs, with FTE options from 0.8 to 1.0.

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice in CA

Full-time annual salary range is $350,040 to $370,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $60,090*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
