Hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists in Arizona

We’re excited to welcome full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapists to our growing team. Offering flexibility and a collaborative environment, we provide all the tools you need to succeed without the added responsibilities of running your own practice.

With comprehensive administrative support and a steady flow of referrals, you can focus on your clients and your professional goals.

Role Overview :

  • Employment Type : Full-Time
  • Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
  • Compensation : $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partnering with clients to create actionable treatment goals.
  • Providing therapy services focused on prevention and wellness.
  • Ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
  • Maintaining a full and meaningful caseload.

    • Requirements

  • Master’s or doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, or related fields.
  • Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.
  • Background in solution-focused therapy.
  • A cooperative and professional mindset.
