We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky. This role is essential to maintaining the financial accuracy and efficiency of our operations, requiring a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices and software. Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment reconciliation.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Utilize QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online for effective financial management and reporting.
• Process bi-monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Generate KPI reports to monitor and enhance business performance.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to address financial discrepancies and improve processes.
• Prepare financial documentation and reports as required for management review.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements - Minimum of three years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping.
