We are looking for a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Package Room Attendant to join our team.

What You Will Do

• Efficiently receive and manage incoming packages in an organized manner.
• Accurately log and track packages using the designated management system.
• Promptly notify residents upon package arrivals.
• Safeguard the security and safety of all packages.
• Coordinate with residents for convenient package delivery and pick-up procedures.
• Offer assistance to residents regarding inquiries about the package room.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the smooth operation of the package room.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-organized package room area.

What You Bring To The Table

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Preferred previous experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn technology and software systems.
• Capability to lift heavy packages, up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
